Product Design
What is an Ultrasonic Flowmeter and where can it be used?
An Ultrasonic Flowmeter is designed to be suitable for household applications. In areas where space and compact form factor is essential such as houses, flats, offices etc. this meter can be used. Our Hydronett meter uses Ultrasonic Sensors and Pressure transmitters to detect the flow of water within the flow tube. The algorithm for the flow meter is designed by our engineers and we can offer the ability to detect water flow even in the presence of water bubbles. This makes our meter more versatile than the completion and provides customer with the correct usage and ensuring they need not pay for water that they have not consumed. Our entire meter is rated for IP68 and will not be perturbed by any leaking water/ water submersion (Please see notes in Datasheet).
Hydronett manufactures and designs all our water meters in house. Our experts in the field of water have finetuned the design of the products to match the conditions on the field. The aesthetic looks of our water meters have been designed to withstand time with a youthful and exuberant look. Customers who buy our products can expect a timeless look across the lifecycle of the product. The flow is simulated using our special software in the water meter before the prototype is sent to the calibration for validation. This two-step method enables Hydronett to generate high accuracy products that work in all challenging conditions.
Electromagnetic Flowmeter
What is a flowmeter and where can it be used?
A flowmeter is a device that can measure the flow of water in any pipeline and provide an accurate report of how much water is consumed in the pipeline distribution network. It uses the property of electromagnetic induction where a charge is induced by the flowing water in the pipe. Using this our Hydronett sensors coupled with the electronics can accurately convert these electrical signals into data/ rate flow of liquid. Since the Electromagnetic Flowmeter has no moving parts, they have
a very long life. The meters have a rugged design and is built using stainless steel parts to prevent any rusting due to oxidized water. Due to this fact it can be used in industrial setting in Water distribution Networks, Irrigation systems, Chemical industries, and Wastewater Plants. Hydronett can provide customer with Flowmeters ranging from 50mm to 600mm in diameter. Based on customer application we can offer both Rubber as well as Teflon coating. All meters are calibrated at our NABL accredited flow lab and individually certified. Based on the requirements of the customer the maximum pressure rating for each flowmeter can be adjusted by choosing different materials suitable for application.
For Water Management
Why chose rubber lined?
For applications that involved portable drinking water hard rubber is the best medium for water transport. Hard rubber has a very long shelf life and it is free from corrosion
Why Choose Teflon Lined?
Teflon line can suitable for industries which involve the transport of oil through the pipelines, due to its superior properties teflon lining is preferred in this case.
