Our Main facility is located about 15 Km from Coimbatore towards the Kerela Border and very close to FCRI. Under the Current Setup we have 40,000 Sq Feet where we manufacture the Electromagnetic Flow Meters and 10,000 Sq Feet for the Ultrasonic Meters. Each workstation is designed in conjunction with lean manufacturing principles with operator safety and welfare at the topmost priority. There is also a standalone building designed just for the electronics that is temperature controlled and humidity maintained as per standard. The main offices are built towards the East end of the facility away from the production lines with insulation to provide customers with a calm and relaxing atmosphere when discussing business.
Employee welfare at Hydronett is considered very seriously and for this fact we have designed the facility/ process in way that most of the heavy operations are carried out by Automation rather than by hand. We have dedicated cranes and forklifts within the facility to safely carry and stow heavy meters to all corners of the plant. All this automation does increase the space consumed by the facility but provides us with reliability, less defects and user-friendly work environment.
