NABL Calibrated Lab

One of the main reasons customers consider Hydronett a one stop solution is due to our state-of-the-art Water Calibration Lab. Not only does this ensure that all our Water Meters are manufactured and Calibrated to the highest standard possible but also customers who wish to test their meters for accuracy can do so under our setup. Our reference Meters are also calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL certified. They are also designed with our safety policy in mind and has IEC 61508 Approval for Water Meters. We can calibrate Electromagnetic Flowmeters ranging from 50mm to 600mm in diameter at present with the lab designed to handle future expansion up to 1200mm line sizes. This will be a 24/7 facility designed to handle calibration over a prolonged period. For this purpose, our Pumps are also designed to withstand continuous Start/ Stop operations with performance tested according to ISO9906/ ANSI-HI 14.6 GRB2.
